(CMO) at John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE:JWA) (NYSE:JWB) has been named as
a winner of the 2017 Cojones Awards. The awards were presented during
the prestigious South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive event, hosted
annually in Austin, Texas, to ‘celebrate the boldest modern marketers
who have the courage to disrupt the status quo’. SXSW is an event for
people to develop their careers by bringing together people from around

The Cojones Awards, presented by nFusion, are awarded annually across

finalists and winners were selected by an independent panel of judges
including the Association of National Advertisers, American Marketing
Association, The CMO Club, and the Forbes CMO Network as well as
Forrester Consulting and Spencer Stuart. Stobaugh was the winner in the
Transform category for building organizational capabilities that equip

nFusion CEO John Ellett said of the award winners, “The pressure on
marketing leaders today to grow their brands and transform their
organizations is intense. The Cojones Awards honorees distinguished
themselves as change agents who had the guts to be disruptive and
positively impact their businesses.”
On receiving the award, Stobaugh said, “I am honored that we were
selected among industry leading finalists such as CA Technologies,
Pepsico Global Nutrition and TIAA. This award recognizes Wiley’s role as
a leader in modern marketing best practice and our progress at providing
colleagues with the skills and tools they need to be successful
marketers and our customers with best-of-class service. I am proud to
